Two interviews: one technical (e.g. assess legal knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, business acumen, time management and working under stressful conditions) and one personal (e.g. to assess emotional intelligence, relationship and leadership skills, social and communication skills). Each interview has been 1:1 with different staff members. No interview in group has been held however. The entire process has not lasted more than a few days. Within one week I already had an job proposal in my email.
