I gave interview in PWC for Manager - Front End Developer role and my interview experience was quite bad , I have asked to HR about the job description multiple times but she said she doesn't have any JD for this role, and in interview, instead of asking my current project and current role and skills ,interviewer asked me questions based on the skills I have used/worked five years back and not using in current project, and they were expecting the answer from me, and as expected, their feedback was negative and they rejected me, I didn't expect this from one of the big four organisation. I spoke to HR regarding this but I did not get any response from her.
They shouldn't shortlist my profile if they were looking for different skills set.

Processo bastante estruturado e longo, com múltiplas etapas. Incluiu conversa inicial com Talent Acquisition, teste de inglês, entrevistas com liderança da prática e etapa final com apresentação de case presencial. As conversas foram bem conduzidas, com foco em experiência anterior, fit com consultoria, capacidade de delivery, visão comercial, geração de pipeline, transformação e construção de soluções para clientes. O processo exigiu preparação consistente e boa capacidade de estruturar problemas de negócio.
