completed online application form, numerical online test, logical reasoning test and personality compatibility questionnaire. I was invited for a telephone interview which was extremely intense, the atmosphere from the get go was rigid and cold so I found it very hard to get my personality across. I hadn't prepared well enough but the questions all seem to have been similar to ones that I had found on the internet

Interview process was simple with an online submission first then a graduate centre that involved a case study and face to face interview. Assessment centre was organised and ran on time
