I applied for a Test Manager role in Birmingham and the first interview was a technical interview. I was later informed that the position had been filled but he did like me, so he advised me that another position was coming up. I then interviewed for an unknown position, later found to be in Manchester (not sure why the location had changed), with a lovely person, again technical interview. I was then advised I would need to complete the third interview with a high up person and was advised it would be personality based. Unfortunately, this was incorrect and was another technical interview. The third interviewer explained, he was looking to double the team and recruitment was difficult (not surprised)! Anyway, 3 hours of interviews and no offer! Unbelievable, a waste of my time. Feels very unorganised as a company and I was blindsided and not kept informed. I am glad I didn't get an offer.

There were total 3 Rounds. Technical - Automation Tools and scenario based questions were asked Coding - Problem solving in Core java using Arrays DSA. SQA process - Situation Based, Team Managent and Leadership oriented questions were asked.
