There were screening interviews with two groups of two people, followed by a day of call-back interviews. Their interviewers tend to be very conversational, which is a unique trait. I genuinely enjoyed my time speaking with them. During my call-back interviews, I was escorted by an associate around the floor where I was to work and from interview to interview. This permitted me to gain insight into how the place was run and how happy its employees were.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
