Very easy process that wasn't time consuming. My interview contained both a behavioral and case interview. Behavioral interview didn't have any questions that were too difficult. The case interview was surprisingly easy (this was my first case interview with Big4). The interviewer led me through the situation and I only had to identify and evaluate benefits and risks of a potential merger

1) submitted cv 2) contacted by HR 3) 30 min HR interview (to understand your motivations) 4) technical with basic accounting questions (accounting records) 5) Final discussion with a senior member of your team
