Entrevista retadora pero completa. Preguntas sobre contabilidad y resolución de problemas. No se sintió tensa, pero si hay que prepararse con antelación. Vale la pena estudiar los valores de la empresa antes de entrar a la entrevista para responder todas las preguntas con seguridad.

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
