Challenging but interviewers are nice. Shared a lot about the culture and work scope. Open to questions and frank conversations about the pros and cons of the work load and time spent at work
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

Praticamente inizia l'hr chiedendo di parlare delle tue esperienze del perchè hai scelto una determinata facoltà e perchè in particolare quel percorso di studi. Poi chiedono descriviti in 2 aggettivi
chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
