Multiple directors and partners involved in interview process - it was very thorough. Also tested analytical skills through case example. And wanted concrete examples of on the job experience. Dealing with people and culture was also part of the interview

Pretty standard case interview, followed by what they said would be a STAR style behavioral but I found to be more conversational about my background. Could be because I was an industry hire interviewing with the healthcare practice. I really appreciated how hands on the recruiters were. Very helpful in preparing for the interview process and very transparent afterward with good communication and fast reply’s.
