The interview process was very well-structured and transparent. It started with a one-hour call with the Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by a one-hour discussion with a Team Lead focused on my past experience and technical background. After that, I completed a take-home assignment, which was later reviewed in a 90-minute session with two backend engineers where we discussed my approach and design choices in detail. The final stage was a one-hour interview with senior leadership to assess cultural and value alignment. After each step, there was a short 15-minute debrief call to share feedback and next steps, which I really appreciated. Everyone I met throughout the process was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. The Talent Acquisition Partner in particular went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and supportive.

A very well designed and enjoyable process. Good communication and feedback along the way, every step of the process felt useful: - a direct interview with a manager - a take home project - a project review with two engineers - an interview with a head of department I found the process very enjoyable: - having a management / fit interview before technical testing is nice, as you don't have to go through testing if it doesn't fit - interviewers are prepared and trained for interviewing. Interviewers put you at ease, seem to care and not just go through a list of questions. - questions were open form, felt purposeful yet not tricky

although very structured they are very quick to provide information and status. they also provide constructive feedback. there is a task to be done asynchronously in addition to the technical interview.
