I went through the exact same process as mentioned in earlier posts. After the coding challenge, there were three rounds of interviews, including both behavior and technical questions. The technical interviews turned out to be quite challenging, as expected. I tried my best to tackle the problems and fortunately passed the test. The entire recruiting process is extremely smooth and well organized, which is quite impressive. Both the HR team and the interviewers' team seem to be formed by professionals providing state of the art services. I can't imagine how lucky I am to get this job...
As an advice to future applicants: try to explain your thought processes to the interviewers as clearly as possible. The process to find a solution might even weigh more than the solution itself.
The process was very quick and efficient. 1st round consisted in an interview with HR and the 2nd one was an interview with the Hiring Manager. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Quantcast
Colloquio
Did a phone call with a recruiter. The recruiter was really pleasant. She just did a very generic background check, then started talking more about what the company did. Actually, she talked more about the company rather than getting to know me. A programming test was given after the phone call.
