I had a very positive experience interviewing with Quantexa for a Head of Operations role. The process was well structured, with clear communication throughout and a good balance between understanding my experience and giving insight into the role and business. A standout was the Talent Partner, Sumayyah, who was consistently responsive, transparent and supportive, which made the process feel smooth and well managed. The interviews themselves were engaging and thoughtful, focusing on both capability and cultural fit. Although I wasn’t successful, the feedback was constructive and delivered in a respectful and considered way. Overall, one of the better interview experiences I’ve had.
