I had an online interview with Queequeg Renewables, and while the process itself was straightforward, my experience left much to be desired. During the interview, I asked for a question to be repeated as I didn’t fully understand it, and the President of the company, Gabriella Palla, started to giggle. This felt disrespectful and impacted my mood for the rest of the conversation. Following the interview, I was told I would receive feedback within a week. However, two months have passed, and I have yet to hear anything from them. The lack of professionalism and communication was disappointing and not what I would expect from a company in this industry.
