Starts off by a phone call or zoom call. Asks about what you know about the company. As well as what you could do to help the company in a positive manner.
The interview process was broken from the beginning. Asking an award winning tenured rep to do a personality assessment and provide a sales business strategy plan was suspicious. When it came time to speaking with the VP and management team they seemed lost. I think this process is a form of cheating and using people’s time and brand with no reward. The how to questions were for beginners!
So you want help on how to grow your base- it is simple -hire an expert and pay them!
