I got called from HR to come to their office in Mid Valley. There were 4 people in the interview, 1 is HR lady who called me (Melissa) and the other 3 people are from different departments. They asked me to do 20-min presentation about myself, and during the session, they grilled me with questions for every point I made. It was intense! I think it went for more than 20 minutes. Next, they asked me a lot more questions regarding the job, my background, what do I know about the job (I am a fresh grad btw), my experiences and everything. Another intense discussion! Later, I was asked to answer a list of questions on paper (English, Math, Economic/Accounting). The whole interview process took almost 3 hours. Very intense for a fresh graduate but they were nice people. After the interview, I realised I didn't want this job anyway but it was a pretty good experience. It definitely helped me to prepare for another interview.

3 test 2 interviews Do not be surprised by out of the box questions about yourself, know yourself well and do not hesitate. Be prepared to present the best of yourself as RAM only wants top notch employees.
