Only one round - telephone interview, mostly motivational and behavioural questions for SW. The interviewer is very nice and patient(but I think it depends, I have an interview with RBC but another programme, it was with a trader and I can hear lots of noise from the trading floor and difficult to recognise the questions clearly).

Telephone interview - behavioural, motivational questions to get to know my experiences and see if I was actually interested in the firm. Interviewer was really friendly! Asked me why RBC, tell me about a time... etc.
