Received a call and was asked short questions like what was a difficult time in your life and how did you overcome it or describe something interesting currently happening in the markets

Only one round - telephone interview, mostly motivational and behavioural questions for SW. The interviewer is very nice and patient(but I think it depends, I have an interview with RBC but another programme, it was with a trader and I can hear lots of noise from the trading floor and difficult to recognise the questions clearly).
