Hey, it was awful for the interview experience in Rakuten. I was in the final round, and they asked me why I left former companies. Obviously, one of them didn't like I've worked 4 companies for 10 years. Hey, why did you pass my CV at first and how I could get the final interview?
It went 30 mins but I spent more than 25 mins to explain why I decided to leave my previous workplaces. It was totally pointless even in the final interview.

I had 3 rounds for interviews. All of them were not technical at all, but most of them were just behaviour questions.
The interview was divided into two parts: first, the project manager introduced the team and explained its responsibilities, followed by the lead engineer who asked technical questions related to the role and project tasks.

Good and very inspiring. I was able to answer everything.It laste for around 30 minutes and everything was good. Anyone can come and give interviews just for the good and safe nature of the title that is provided.
