They were checking whether one is suitable to stay for longer time in the organisation with perfect technical skills
Fill out the form and take a brief online assessment
Pass that there were two rounds of interviews with no technical questions. Questions about experience and willingness to work for the company.

1st interview was a technical one. They checked my knowledge about Linux, and Fullstack Development and also asked about previous projects. Took around 30-40 minutes The 2nd Interview was technical and behavioral. Asked about a few tools used in web development and testing
