Pre-interview process: 2 types of online tests: general skills/intelligence test and personality test. Also, the online application requires answering short questions and submitting an online resume in the prescribed format.
Four interviews total: 1) On-campus recruiting event: casual coffee "chat" with a young HR representative (total: 45 min.) Mostly consists of answering questions about past experiences, background, personal philosophy, future aspirations. The HR rep does most of the talking. 2) HR rep interview 2 (with manager-level HR rep): again, pretty informal, but gets more in depth (1 hr). 3) HR interview: A bit more in-depth compared to the first two and conducted in English. The questions are mostly from the online resume -- nothing unusual. (1hr) 4) Interview with the VP of the company: VERY casual and does not seem like an interview at all. The interview ended with a firm handshake, but no verbal offer was given. (15 min).
Offer: HR rep asked me to come into the office to review my interview performance. The offer letter was presented in person.
Overall: very informal, friendly and somewhat confusing as to what they are looking for in new grads.
