I went through 4 rounds of interview followed by HR round, cleared all, contacted for documents collection. Submitted all documents clean and clear. After that HR(named Tarun) is out of RADAR (no e-mail response, no mobile phone pickup). Such a waste of time and energy. Is this a common course of action of the HRs nowadays or I am the only victim?
