It is a long process. 1 online coding test, then 1 technical interview, 1 interview with manager and 1 final interview with department head. You really need to have patience. You might have to wait up to 45 days for the final interview result.

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
