Apply online, and go to interview for four rounds. Interview process took two months, but they gave me offer quickly after last round interview. They more focus on why you apply this company than your personal skill.

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
