The interview process consisted of 2 rounds: one technical and one HR. Technical interview was more towards your experience. HR interview was to check whether you fit with Rakuten. After the final round, I have got my results in 10 days

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
