It was quite a smooth process, first coding round -> 1st interview -> 2nd interview -> offer discussion. They mostly asked about my past experience and the projects I had done in the past.

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
