1-hour interview with some easy technical questions like introducing your projects and the technical languages, and behaviour questions, the main language is English but the interviewer will ask some questions in Japanese. In the final interview, the conversation started in English but the interviewer could not make clear questions with a lot of useless decorations.

easy as usually, but could be more efficient, if you're an experienced developer, should be easy to pass, so basically you can try this before others, some of the interviewer are not professional
You have to read the book written by the CEO. Mostly put your experience to the successful pillars of the company value. Quite generally, Japanese styl,e and remember to talk out loud what you think to the interviewer.
