The interview process is repetitive and the same questions are asked by all interviewers across 3 Different Rounds. Lack of structure. This could be particular to a Business Unit and not across the company, so take this with a pinch of salt.
The Good
The role is good, and there is an opportunity for Growth. Good talent density across product and technology team
Not so Good
- Repetitive Rounds (although they name the rounds differently) - the questions are the same.
- At some point, it feels like a quiz. Sales is different but it seems like a quiz and the interviewer is looking for the answers he/she wants to hear.
- Some Bookish questions are asked on whether a leader should be loved or respected. These are very subjective questions and lack context in a 30-minute interview.
- Unnecasarry brag about what they have achieved so far and they know how things are done. Most org fail to acknowledge the lack of new thinking which is required. So you'll come across people who "know it all"
Here is how to approach if anybody is listening to this
Ask for clarity in the interview process - what rounds? why this is required? What are you evaluating? etc.
But take as much clarity as possible before wasting your time.
