4. Onsite with Recruiter,CMO, AE, Demand gen manager and a phone call with SE
Extremely smart team, with questions surrounding my sales skills, technical skills, background, and ability to adapt. They made plenty of time to answer questions and provided feedback at the end of each conversation.

- Phone screen - Nice gentleman delved into my past experience before throwing some situational challenges at me. He also got an understanding of my career objectives.
- Video Interview with the Senior Manager - Seemed mostly cultural and focused on my process.
- Onsite - Met Co-Founder and Director of Ops - Cultural with some more situational questions.
Throughout the whole process, I was impressed with the intelligence and tactfulness of my interviewees. You get the sense that they want to preserve their culture and hire people who will gel with the team. Offer accepted!
