First of all I had the Online test
After passing the test, I had the phone interview as next stage.
After telephone interview, I was invited to the assessment centre where we had panel interviews, group discussions and 1-1 interviews with 2 managers in the end.
Application tramite LinkedIn, chiamata con HR, colloquio HR e manager del settore di una durata di un'ora, 30 minuti motivazionale, altri 30 (circa) esercizio. Colloquio molto tranquillo e ti metto a tuo agio!

HR interview, then manager, had a mini case study to solve in 10-15min. The process was nice and very straight-forward. The HR and managers were very pleasant to speak with and made me want the role.
Il processo di selezione comprende una chiamata iniziale, una video call con il team HR e il manager, seguita da una video call finale con il senior manager. Questo permette di valutare le competenze del candidato e la sua idoneità al ruolo.
