Waste of candidates time. There was a screening, then hiring manager, peer, then a cross functional and then a support team member. The interview questions had a lot of unconscious biases and also one of the interviewers made assumptions about my experience and conclusions without really asking the right questions. I find peer interviews are always full of agendas and usually the person interviewing doesn’t want someone who can over shadow them.
