The interview process was pretty simple. Initial interview was done over the phone with HR. The second interview is done at the office with 2 team leaders (panel interview) and you really have to sale yourself.

There is an assessment that take 1 hour to do. If you mess it up, you fail. Then, you have to wait 90 days to reapply. What happened to personable interviews? This is nothing more than an unnecessary barrier to entry.
