The first "assignment" was to create a markdown file where I answered questions pertaining to work style, cultural fit, and personal goals. The second "assignment" was a multiple choice coding challenge via Qualified. I wish I had received this first, because I always turn these down. If you didn't study Computer Science or something similar, you will probably not do well. It's gatekeeping.
