Several technical rounds with the interviewer. 1st round is all about basic testing methodologies, previous testing, and QA experiences. Also, a scenario is given to design some functional test cases. 2nd round is more technical like, sql queries, db testing, problem solving and basic automation exp.

Q: Asked to write down a sql query to fetch data from multiple tables.
Before I was selected for the interview, I was given a form where I had to mention my notice period, if I am available to work part time, my current salary, and my expected salary. In that form, I clearly mentioned that I have a 1 month notice period and I cannot work part time.
On the very next day was my first interview with relisource where I spoke to a senior SQA. The first interview was an introductory interview. They asked me about myself, what kind or projects I worked with. After that, another senior SQA interviewed me asking a bit more technical question asking to write some test cases for a given scenario. She also gave me some idea about the work environment at relisource.
The first and second interview was conducted back to back and it took around 2 hours.
After 2 weeks they contacted me and informed me that I was shortlisted for second round of interview.
The third interview was similar to the first two interviews. They asked me about my information, technical questions and then gave me a problem to solve. Then, in the fourth interview, the interviewer asked me a few personal questions like what are my plan after getting married, if I would continue job after getting married.
The third and fourth interview took around 2 hours.
Then there was the fifth interview with accounts manager about salary. He also gave me an in depth idea about their company policies.
After another 2-3 weeks, the HR called me and let me know that I am short listed and if I am willing to work with relisource he will process my application. I positively replied that I am willing to work with relisouce and he can start processing my recruitment.
Another week passed I did not receive any information from them. Then I emailed them to ask about my recruitment process and the HR replied “I told you that you are short listed but I did not tell you that we were going to hire you”
After another week they asked me for my updated CV. After a week of submitting my CV I asked the HR for a direct answer if they are going to hire me or not as it had been more than 3 months since my very first interview and finally he replied with a “No”

Just simply call for an face to face interview.Then faced the interview. Fistly hr will come and give a papers to write about your name, education , current job and salary. If he or she is offered the job , they would let know within 5 working days.
