My Worst interview experience in my career. I interviewed for the senior Frontend Engineer position, every thing was fine and the feedback was really good, aftee 8 weeks of interviewing, they sent me an offer, I told her I'm excited about the offer and looking forward to join the company, but I asked for an adjustment,and then everything changed the recruiter attitude changed 180 degrees . At the end of the call she told me she will discuss it with the team. 2 days later she got back with a message says that we won't make any adjustment and since you officially rejected our offer then good luck, I sent her multiple emails explaining I didn't reject it, but they ended withdrawing the offer anyway

- recruiter call - engineering manager call - Take home assessment - Review call Unfortunately, I didn't get the job even though I got to the last stage. I couldn't convince them enough of my fit, I guess. But it was a really smooth process.
