I find the interview process at Remote one of the best experiences I had during my professional life. I had 3 interviews for this position and all were very pleasant.
Everything was clear from the beginning, the people I have been in contact with were very nice and openminded and responded in a reasonable timeframe each time I reached out to them. I think that the values of the company also reflect in the way they conduct the interviews as they put emphasis on finding out about your soft skills not only the technical part.
