First interview was a telephone interview with Claire Wilson and Amy Mearns who were very friendly and polite
They were both super helpful through the whole interview process with anything I needed
Second interview was a video call with Paul Drinkwater and Alan Dibnah who were both brilliant they made me feel relaxed throughout and gave me Plenty of information about the role
Then there was a taster day with a current employee named Ronan Benton who was fantastic as he showed what a day of work would be like if I was offered the job
He was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome to shadow him for the day
Then I was offered the job

The whole interview process was straightforward and easy to follow, it began with a phone call from Amy, who is great to speak to and very informative, followed by a Google meet interview with John and Kerry who were able to explain the role further. Afterwards there is a field interview, I carried this out with Joe who although hasn't been doing the job for a very long period of time was very knowledgeable displaying the high quality training provided with Rentokil and gave great insight into day to day jobs that will be carried out, once we had done this he then took me for a face to face interview with John and Kerry. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process were very helpful and easy to speak to, overall the interview process was fantastic.

First a phone interview then video followed by a half day shadowing a technician ending with a face to face interview. Jess and Mark were very helpful throughout, very transparent and quick to answer all questions I had.
