3) Superday Interview
Very straightforward. Hiring manager outlines what every interviewer will focus on. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Recruiter was very friendly at the end, asking me if I would hesitate if I got an offer. Definitely made it seem like the interview went really well.
Heard back after a few days. Didn't get the role due to "the competitive applicant pool". Reonomy's main competitor is CoStar. Look into that.

Standard phone screen, take home assessment, then behavioral panel round with VP of product, product designer and product manager. Phone screen was just "what do you know about Reonomy and why do you want to work here", take home was an excel data analysis problem related to their core product and final round was behavioral focused with some "why product" sprinkled in. Overall good process, recruiter was kind enough to hop on a call with me to provide feedback, after they told me they went with another candidate, which helped me with the processes I was in at the time.

HR screening over the phone pretty standard.
Take-home excel data cleaning assignment + questions, note taking, web search etc. was a bit vague at points but if you are thorough no problem. They say you don’t need coding or Python for this but I found knowledge of pandas to be extremely helpful to tame the data just because it’s a lot.
Afterwards ~ 2 hour zoom interview starting with HR, then the hiring manager who was supposed to be at first director of product but changed to senior PM, then a senior UX designer, then an associate PM. Finished with HR again going over benefits, salary, and doing a behavioral priorities test.
They told me they would tell me on Friday if I would be receiving an offer and would have two days to answer, the long interview was Tuesday. HR got back to me on Thursday saying they would not proceed with my candidacy, they didn’t give me a specific reason other than a competitive applicant pool. (I asked for more feedback, will update if I receive)
