Long but smooth process. Can be tedious but the interviews itself are easy enough. To be a fit, you must know or have a restaurant background. If you are not in one of the staple locations, it might hinder your growth.
Great interview process, quick and to the point. Talked to a recruiter first with introductory questions and then had interviews with managers over video camera. The interviews lasted 30 minutes each.
