I interviewed with 7 employee at RMN individually during a day. There were visual designers, UX designers, creative lead, and so forth. Each of them asked me to walk through my favorite project.

Colloquio
There were three rounds of interviews: 1st with recruiter, 2nd with VP of Creative, 3rd with four people on-site. The on-site was about four hours and included interviews with a Lead UXD, VP Creative, Product Manager and Visual Designer.
