Colloquio
The interview process at RevMed is fast-paced and technically rigorous, starting with an HR screen and a 30-minute Zoom call with the hiring manager. This is followed by two 30-minute "Zoom Coffee Sessions" with team members; despite the informal name, these are structured 1-on-1s designed to prepare you for the on-site. The on-site itself includes a 45-minute scientific presentation with a 15-minute Q&A, followed by back-to-back interviews with the team and cross-functional partners. While the company values deep scientific debate and moves quickly during scheduling, the post-interview experience can be disappointing. Despite the high level of engagement during the process, I was ghosted following the on-site; even after a follow-up email weeks later, I received no definitive result or response.

Colloquio
I was contacted by a recruiter within a week of applying. The first round covered some basic questions, and the second round with HR happened a week later. The HR rep was a bit late, but the overall conversation was friendly and positive. Unfortunately, I received a rejection letter about a week after that meeting.

I initially interviewed for a role I applied to through LinkedIn. Although I wasn’t the right fit, the interviewer shared my CV with HR, who later contacted me about a six-month Scientist position. After expressing interest, I had a Zoom interview with the team, which went well, and I was invited for an on-site interview.
I spent a full day onsite, giving a 45-minute presentation and meeting one-on-one with about eight people. Afterward, HR told me the team was “really excited” about me and that I would hear back within a few days. However, after several follow-ups over the next four weeks, I was repeatedly told they needed more time. About six weeks later, HR informed me they had hired someone else.
