The group panel interview was the most difficult because you have the senior executive directors, and division managers who are so nonchalant and unfriendly through the interview. I guess its some kind of intimidation strategy.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
