Mostly the interview process has been outlined already and is accurate. It took exactly 2.5 weeks from initial interview to decision which very quick. Some details about the panel: I spent 35 minutes in each room, 1 room had 2 DMs from the local area I was interviewing at, the other had 2 local upper managers. Note that at the beginning the panel facilitator mentioned that they might ask "sell me a pen" (they didn't) but I would prepare for that one just in case.
Questions asked that I can remember:
- Tell me about your DOTT (first question in both rooms)
- Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer
- What motivates you?
- What are you passionate about?
- Why should we hire you?
- Name a time you put your professional goals aside to help someone else?
- Change in work policy and how you reacted
- Time you improved work process
- Why tobacco industry?
- How did you hear about this position
In the end I thought I did well but I received a rejection about 24 hours later.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
