The interview process was pretty steady. I applied, a recruiter contacted me, I then had to do an assessment, upload 6 video interviews. Then after I was invited to a DOT (Day On The Trade). I went out in the field with a current TM and DM, spent half the day visiting stores so I could see was a typical day as a TM was like. It also gave them a chance to see if you would be a good fit for the company. IF your DOT went well, you then invited to a panel interview at a designated location.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
