The interview process consists of a 45-minute assessment, 15 Multiple-choice questions, and one written test (email-based scenario).
After clearing assessment it will be HR screening round and then final interview round.
I don't know why HR screening round was after assessment as it was just waste of time if you are going to reject candidate.

HR screening round after assessment was just a discussion about few points like, clarification about the job role, night shift, pay scale, relocation etc.

Assessment where it asks you to write an email and few aptitude questions.
There are 2-3 interview rounds after that. Screening, department and then the final one with the hiring manager

Once you apply and if you are shortlisted you will get an assessment email where you have to draft an email regarding the pay issue of an employee and there wil be some MCQ questions and once you complete it you will be email for 2nd round that is call with HR in zoom for 15 minutes and then if you get shortlisted you will get an email with the next round of interviews that there will be 2 managers round
