I applied online to a DevOps/SRE engineer position, after about 2-3 weeks, recruiter reached out to me by email and scheduled a brief call with the hiring manager, a senior director. unfortunately this guy was probably the rudest person I have ever interviewed with. in a short 30-min conversation he was being sarcastic and demeaning. he even literally said "sorry i didn't pay attention, repeat that". when I asked him what's unique about Roblox, i got a simple "nothing unique. just another regular tech company". purely negative experience.
