I was contacted less than a week after applying online and was asked to complete a technical assessment. The assessment was a piece of cake for someone who has been exposed to that field in the past. Soon after I had the interview with HQ. I was invited for another interview shortly after with the venture CEO. While I did enjoy the interview process up to that point and everyone was super friendly. I am still not sure what the new venture was which made me doubt wanting to accept an offer – perhaps it was vague for a reason. What I loved is that they do ask for your interests and try to place you a matching venture.
