The interview process was situational based - "Tell me about a time when..." They also assess your personality, can you carry on a conversation, are you awkward, are you comfortable having a technical question. I would recommend that you do some research to try to understand what they do as a company and the product they sale, and who their customers are.

I got an email from the Recruiter and set up an HR interview with him. Didn't hear back for around a week and a half. I finally got an email and a phone call saying that I didn't get the position. Overall, very good at communication.

Multiple rounds technical and non technical . They check culture fit too. The managers are learned and also help interviewees by correcting them if needed. Make them comfortable and deal respectably with the attendees.
