The second interview was broader, with a lot said about Rockwell’s opportunities and progressive outlook with regard to social. I felt there was too little focus on what I could contribute, though I fit in what I could, during the second call. But, the first interviewer had said he shared his notes with the second, so I assume she already felt she knew that from the notes. Still, it was primarily conversation about Rockwell and less of an interview, as such. I was ultimately told that the position was filled internally.
