Very good. Had a total of four interviews at their headquarters in Milwaukee. It was a total of 3 interviews, each a different aspect of you. One was more technical, then situational, then behavioral.

Mostly interpersonal, leadership and behavioral questions, like how would manage a team, personal interests, projects and skills, situation based questions, etc. There were 5 rounds in my case: resume shortlisting, telephone screening and 3 interview rounds.

There were 3 panel interviews back to back to back. There were also two group sessions where there was a group activity and Who am I in 5 presentations. The interviews consisted of pretty standard behavioral questions.

On Campus career fair. Was asked to have an on campus interview within the week. It was a 1-1 style interview, and they responded with results within a week.
