Preliminary call with HR, then next round was a panel interview with 4 people, manager and peers. The questions were a combination of behavioral and procedural about the Role. Some questions about previous experience, sales strategy and teamwork.

quite relaxed and easy going. Three people interviewing. Asked to prepare and deliver a presentation beforehand. Overall informal and straightforward, they were interested in learning more about me. Some sales questions and scenarios.

Interviewed with the recruiter. Then a 4 personal panel. Then the director. In the matter of 2 weeks.
The following week the recruiter informed me that I got the job! Fantastic news!
2 weeks go by and I get an email from the recruiter advising that RA was putting the position on hold…
